1. Site owner
This site is operated by O'Cult Spirits Society, registered at Freire #261, San Felipe, Aconcagua Valley, Chile. Contact: WhatsApp +56 9 5162 3251 or Instagram (@ocult_spirits).
2. Over-18s only
This site promotes alcoholic beverages. By entering you declare that you are 18 or older. Under Chilean Law 19.925 on the Sale and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages, the sale of alcohol to people under 18 is prohibited. If you are under age, you must not browse this site or consume the products presented here.
3. Nature of the site
This site is informational and for brand communication. It does not constitute an offer of sale to end consumers and does not enable online purchases. NAKARU and the other products are sold through authorised channels: bars, restaurants and established retail.
When the trade portal for bars and retail goes live, its commercial terms — prices, minimum order, lead times and delivery — will be governed by a separate document published before it is enabled.
4. Product information
The sensory and narrative descriptions on this site are evocative in nature. The binding technical information — alcoholic strength, net content, ingredients, nutritional information and health warnings — is the information stated on the product label. NAKARU is a chocolate whisky cocktail of 32% ABV in a 750 ml format.
Nothing on this site should be understood as claiming any therapeutic, medicinal or health benefit. Alcohol neither cures nor prevents any illness.
5. Responsible drinking
Harmful use of alcohol damages your health. Do not drink if you are going to drive. Do not drink during pregnancy. Do not drink if you are under 18.
6. Intellectual property
The O'Cult Spirits Society brand, the NAKARU name, the seal of the Order, the sigils, the ritual texts and the design of this site are the property of their owner and are protected by Chilean Law 17.336 on Intellectual Property and by industrial property regulations. Their reproduction, copying or commercial use is not permitted without written authorisation.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site continuously available, but we do not guarantee freedom from interruption. The service depends on infrastructure and connectivity providers, and may be affected by maintenance, technical failures or force majeure.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party platforms such as social networks. We do not control their content or their policies, and their use is governed by each platform's own terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to the rights granted by Chilean Law 19.496 on Consumer Protection to those who qualify as consumers.
Pending before publication: the exact registered company name and Chilean tax ID of the owner must be filled in. This document is a working draft and must be reviewed by a lawyer before being treated as final.
