1. Who handles your data

The data controller is O'Cult Spirits Society, registered at Freire #261, San Felipe, Aconcagua Valley, Chile. For anything concerning your personal data you can write to our WhatsApp +56 9 5162 3251 or our Instagram (@ocult_spirits).

2. What data we collect

This site has no cart and no online sales, and we never ask you for a national ID number, an address or payment details.

There is only one case in which we store your data on our servers, and that is when you deliberately type it in:

• The Register of the Order (our news list). If you sign up, we store your email — the only required field — and, if you chose to give them, your name and your city. Alongside that we store the date, time and IP address from which you consented: this is not for profiling you, it is the proof that you gave consent, and the law requires us to be able to demonstrate it.
  Purpose: writing to you about products, stockists and brand activities. Nothing else: we do not run third-party advertising with your email, and we do not sell or transfer the list to anyone.
  Legal basis: your consent, which you gave by ticking a box that comes unticked. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message we send, without explaining why and without having to write to us.

Everything else stays in your own browser and never reaches us:

• Age verification. When you declare that you are over 18, we store that answer in your browser's local storage (key ocult-umbral-v1) so we do not have to ask again on every visit. That data never travels to any server of ours, is not linked to your identity, and you can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• What you type into the Oracle. The assistant uses that information only to compose the message you choose to send over WhatsApp or Instagram. It keeps no copy in your browser and sends none to a server of ours. The information leaves your device only when you open the channel and send the message from your own account.

When you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, that conversation is also subject to the policies of Meta Platforms, which operates both services.

If we add a trade portal or online sales in the future, this policy will be updated before those channels go live.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site installs no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and runs no Google Ads or Meta pixels. If analytics are added later, your prior consent will be requested through a banner with a genuine option to refuse, and nothing will fire before you accept.

4. Your rights

Under Chilean Law 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law 21.719, you have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to object to its processing, to request portability and to request that it be blocked.

To exercise them, write to our WhatsApp +56 9 5162 3251 or our Instagram (@ocult_spirits) stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the legal deadlines.

The data the Oracle left in your browser is yours to delete, without asking us: just clear this site's data in your browser settings.

5. Retention and security

The age-verification record stays in your browser until you delete it, and so does whatever you type into the Oracle.

The data in the Register of the Order is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe we stop writing to you immediately and keep only the record of that unsubscription, so as not to contact you again by mistake. We keep no other database of visitors to this site.

The list is stored outside the public area of the server, so no web address exists that would allow it to be downloaded, and access is restricted. Transmission is always encrypted over HTTPS. No site is invulnerable: should a breach affecting your data occur, we will inform you and notify the authority, as the law requires.

6. Third parties

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google servers, which may log your IP address for technical delivery purposes. We share no other data with third parties, and we neither sell nor transfer information to anyone.

7. Minors

This site promotes alcoholic beverages and is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that a minor has provided data, we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
